The origin
It started with a spreadsheet and a weekly goal.

In December 2020, I stopped trying to overhaul my whole life and focused on one thing: a set number of exercise minutes each week. I invited my dad — who was 61 and also struggling — to join me. He set 90 minutes. I set 135. Neither of us aimed for perfection.
We kept our word. Consistency made every workout feel like it mattered. In 18 months, I lost 40 lbs. My dad lost 30 lbs and cut 8 strokes off his golf handicap — which he’ll tell you about unprompted.
That spreadsheet became Compete NG. The system worked because it was ours. Now it can be yours.
